In January of 2018, we set up Kitron Consulting, based in Ghana with a truly international reach. We had the opportunity then and now, to do everything consulting, but that’s not what we wanted. We wanted to be different. We wanted to offer only the consulting services we had a heart for, services we knew we could do better than others.

Whether it is a financial due diligence for a $51 million private equity injection, or managing a donor’s impact, innovation or livelihood fund of over £170 million, or taking our client’s management team or board of directors to an off-site location to build strategy, assess risk, gain new skills or plan growth – we wanted to be a firm driven by value.

If we cannot deliver value, we won’t do it.

With a network of highly qualified consultants across 15+ countries helping us to serve clients spread over 20+ countries, we are both big in the scope of what we can deliver, yet small enough to listen to clients of every size. As an organization, a few things matter to us. Some call it ‘values’ we call it ‘our heartbeats’:
