We don’t just offer executive training
What we offer are carefully curated experiences to give your team, executives or board members intellectual rigour and skills which translates into your organisation’s ability to keep creating value over the long term. Our programmes are intentionally designed to also deliver mental, emotional, and physiological rejuvenation, so that your executives, teams and board members return with sharper focus and superior collective performance. Our programmes include but not limited to:
Strategy, for many executives, remains a mystery. Many accept that it is the “edge” needed for an organisation to win and keep winning. Yet the “How” of getting it done has been complex, elusive or confusing for many. This programme does three things – first, it simplifies strategy. Secondly, it cuts through the fluff and focuses your attention and understanding on “what really matters and what really works” in strategy–value creation. Lastly, it offers you a framework with which to have an edge continuously and be strategically positioned in the future before competitors get there.
How well any organisation performs and how far into the future it progresses – depends heavily on the quality of decision-making and the entire board’s depth and grasp of the linkages between strategy, value and finances. But that’s not all – boards also have fiduciary and statutory responsibilities for their organisation’s finances and everything connected. It is not enough to delegate finance matters to the CFO, board members with finance backgrounds, or the finance and audit committee. An entire board grounded in financial governance guarantees an entity’s long-term stability, growth, and value for its stakeholders. This programme equips board directors with the skills and mental models needed to create or retain financial value, manage risks, satisfy compliance and earn stakeholder trust.
Extensive research shows that the top 20% of CEOs in any market, on average, generate 3x more value with their organisations in every year of their tenure, than CEOs and executives in the lower 80% of their industries and jurisdictions. But, more importantly, there are things these 20% of CEOs and senior executives do and do differently. Often, nobody teaches new, acting or pipeline CEOs and senior executives how to lead their organisations into top-quartile performance – we try to do that in this programme. This course, is an extensively researched and distilled programme to help CEOs and senior executives discover, assimilate and master the critical mindsets and frameworks needed to lead themselves and their organisations into consistent, demonstrable top-tier performances.
Company failures happen. But corporate failures don’t just happen suddenly – they show signs over time, build up in plain sight, then occur. Often, board executives are left asking themselves, “What did we miss?” As an executive, it is part of your responsibility to continuously assess the financial health of your organisation, detect any signs of distress and strategize ways to avert, mitigate or create opportunities from an otherwise imminent financial collapse. The question, however, is – do you know what to look for? That’s what this programme is all about. We will help you gain insights and confidence in using powerful tools to assess your organisation’s financial health and long-term stability.
For any board or group of executives, the quality of decisions or choices is reflected in the value added to the organisation – whether deciding which capital assets to invest in or which new products or markets to launch. It is not different with ESG issues. It is no longer enough for organisations to make vague, sweeping statements about their position on ESG. Employees, investors, regulatory bodies, communities, pressure groups, etc., are now interested in knowing where your organisation stands on ESG issues, its commitments and what it is doing to walk the talk. With all that pressure to show tangible ESG efforts, it makes sense for executives to understand how to think about ESG in a way that demonstrates commitment and adds value to the organisation. That is what this program is about.
